Count Olaf And Violet? Doesn't Sound Right...
Why does Count Olaf want to marry Violet, you ask? Of course this doesn't sound right. He must be up to something. And what I think is the plan is that he is after the Baudelaire fortune. Count Olaf is putting on a play where he and he and Violet get married. Justice Strauss is participating too, as the judge. But that doesn't sound too suspicious, right? Well, not until Klaus find out that the only legal requirments for a marraige is a judge in the room, and a signing of a document in the bride's hand. They're all in the play. So when Klaus tells Olaf about it, Sunny mysteriously appears in a birdcage... dangling from the top of Olaf's tower. Violeet has to make a choice; Save Sunny, or marry the DREADED Count Olaf? What would you choose? What will Violet choose? Find out in A Series Of Unfortunate Events Book One: The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket.

A Bad Beginning
Hi, it's me, Alexi, and I am viewing life through the eyes of one of the characters (Sunny) and showing what I would be thinking aboout.
I am so tired. Doing all this housework is not what is supposed to be happening when I am this age. I'm not allowed to bite, sing, or dance around with a pot on my head. It's not fair. I wish we could live with Justice Strauss instead. She is so nice, and her library is simply the perfect place to bite things. Though Justice Strauss doesn't completely understand why I bite things, which no one does, she at least lets me do it. I am used to biting! I have and always will bite! And no way that NASTY Count Olaf is going to stop me from biting. Or Klaus from reading. Or Violet from inventing. We will get out of this disgusting pile of rubbish one day! And let me explain to you the reason I bite things... It's because when I was a baby and started teething, my mother could not find anything to bite on. So she gave a pearl necklace, and suddenly, I got a taste for biting things. Wood, metal, plastic; Anything I could get my teeth on. That's the story, and I hope you enjoyed it! Love, SUNNY
